When you come to our show home we will discuss your vision, wants and needs of your new home.

At Evolve Homes we create a lifestyle that embraces practices with little to no negative impact on the environment for today as well as the future. It’s a lifestyle that works with the environment rather than against it.

Design

Once you make the decision to go with Evolve Homes we begin by visiting your site to establish positioning and any special conditions for the section that may need to be taken into account for the design process. Together we will develop a customised concept plan and elevations that can be modified until you achieve your vision that makes your home unique to you.

Meet with our consultants to design and select all of your fixtures and fittings using only reputable companies at a build cost that you approve of.

Manage

All regulatory requirements including building consents, processing resource consent applications if required, and insurance to eliminate risk. Consultants are available for collaboration for all aspects of your build.

Build

After finalising everything we then formulate a building schedule that ensures an efficient construction process. You will have regular site visits so you can be kept informed along the way.

Our diligent communication plan will be to report on progress through email, photos, and face to face. After construction is completed and signed off to your satisfaction, we formalise practical completion and a code of compliance.
